There is a great deal of variability in what SEL actually is. Some districts may be providing school-wide, multi-year, systemic implementation while others may be offering online modules or one-off workshops. The more the research around the impact of SEL grows and deepens, the more educators and administrators will understand what works best to support students, teachers, and families.
