Author Minh Lê who didn't see himself reflected in a book until he was out of college says it is so gratifying to have kids and their families tell him that his books have given them the gift of feeling seen and valued, of seeing their own experiences on the page as never before.

Minh Lê

Children’s Author

Minh Lê is the award-winning author of Drawn Together and Lift (both illustrated by Caldecott Medalist Dan Santat) and other picture books for young readers. He is also the author of Green Lantern: Legacy, a middle grade graphic novel for DC Comics.
