Tracy Gray, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized expert in education and technology who has led numerous projects in the U.S. and abroad that examine the impact of technology on educational achievement. Dr. Gray is a managing director at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) and director of the PowerUp What Works project. She was the Director of two OSEP funded projects, the National Center for Technology Innovation (NCTI) and the Center for Implementing Technology in Education (CITEd) at AIR.
